This privacy policy describes how the M & S Wedding website ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website.

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your Google account identifier

When you use the site, we may also collect:

• RSVP responses (guest names, attendance status)
• Photos you upload
• Registry gift claims
• Your IP address and browser user agent (for session management)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage your session
• Allow you to submit and manage your RSVP
• Allow you to upload and manage photos
• Allow you to claim registry gifts
• Enable the couple to manage wedding logistics

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only visible to you and the wedding couple (site administrators).

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare D1 (database) and Cloudflare R2 (photo storage). Sessions expire after 30 days.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of the wedding planning process and a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (session) to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Sign out at any time to end your session
• Delete your uploaded photos through the site
• Contact us to request deletion of your account and data
