By using the M & S Wedding website ("the site"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose

This site is a private wedding website for the wedding of Mini & Seongwoo. It is intended for invited guests to RSVP, view wedding details, share photos, and browse the gift registry.

2. Account & Authentication

You may sign in using Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name and email address from Google for identification purposes. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the site only for its intended purpose (wedding RSVP, photo sharing, registry)
• Upload only photos you have the right to share
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to access other users' data or admin features

4. Content You Upload

Photos and messages you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant the wedding couple a non-exclusive right to view, download, and use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the wedding.

5. Registry Claims

Claiming a gift on the registry is a non-binding indication of your intent to purchase that item. The site does not process payments.

6. Availability

We provide the site on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue the site at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

This is a personal wedding website, not a commercial service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
